Boots one-off beauty boxes that save hundreds of pounds and will sell out soon

From Korean skincare routines to high end makeup favourites – these are the best beauty edits from the health and beauty retailer

Beauty boxes have become one of the easiest and most affordable ways to refresh skincare and make-up collections on a budget. And if there’s one retailer whose carefully curated edits rarely miss, it’s Boots .

The health and beauty favourite regularly releases limited edition sets that can sell out quickly, with some promising savings of more than £100. But we’ve found four that are still in stock and are perfect for a pick me up, or for stashing away for the festive season.

From Korean skincare and premium make-up to travel-sized holiday essentials, the retailer’s latest beauty boxes bundle together some of the biggest names in beauty, including Milk Makeup, Color Wow, Fenty Beauty, MAC, Laura Mercier, Ole Henriksen and Beauty of Joseon.

Prices start from £35 , but according to Boots, shoppers could save as much as £146.71 compared with buying the products individually. Of course, while beauty boxes can offer impressive value, there’s a risk shoppers may not find every single item suitable for them, so it’s always worth checking the contents ahead of committing to a purchase.

Elsewhere, LookFantastic is another prolific beauty box curator. Their New Season Edit, £40, valued at over £105. It’s described as a ‘shortcut to the brands and products worth trying this autumn’, including skincare and haircare to makeup and beauty essentials.

Meanwhile, OK! Beauty Box has built a reputation on both monthly subscription boxes packed with high-end must haves as well as stand-curated boxes. Their current bestseller is the Getaway Edit, which costs £39.99 and includes products worth over £175 including a £65 Rodial SPF worth more than the box itself, alongside nine other summer-ready beauty products. There are seven full size products in the edit, which also includes skincare, fragrance and make up and every product is 100ml or under making it perfect for a cabin-bag friendly break.

But with Boots providing some of the biggest savings, here are four beauty boxes we anticipate will sell out soon.

Boots Trending Beauty Box: £45, worth £191.71

The biggest saving of the four, the Boots Trending Beauty Box costs £45 and contains 10 products, seven of which are full-sized. The edit combines skincare, make-up, fragrance, SPF and haircare from some of the industry’s most talked-about brands, with a diverse selection that makes it one of the most varied edits on the list. However, being the latest to launch online, it’s yet to rack up any shopper reviews, so it’s not as easy to know how well it’s gone down with beauty buffs.

Highlights include the full-sized Color Wow Money Mist Leave-in Conditioner, Milk Makeup’s viral Cooling Water Jelly Tint, Ole Henriksen’s Peptide Lip Treatment and Iconic London’s waterproof mascara. There’s also a miniature Kayali fragrance, a Laneige SPF and Mediheal collagen pads. All of the items average at £4.50 each as part of the set, with the most expensive item – the Glow for It Lash Growth Serum – usually costing £30 alone.

Boots K+J Beauty Skin Edit: £35, worth £140.68

If Korean skincare dominates your social media feeds, this could be the standout box of the collection. Priced at £35, the K+J Beauty Skin Edit combines Korean and Japanese skincare favourites in a nine-piece routine focused on hydration, barrier support and radiance.

Inside, there’s full-sized products from Beauty of Joseon, Dr Jart, Haruharu Wonder, Curél and Laka, alongside products from Biodance, Purito and Genabelle. Previous Korean skincare edits from Boots have flown off the shelves, and shopper reviews suggest this set could follow suit.

One customer wrote: “Another fantastic beauty box from Boots. This is unbelievably good value for the quality of products that you get. 10/10.”

Another added: “Korean beauty care is the only thing that cleared my skin and made it glow, without causing irritation. I will use everything in this box and it’s a literal skincare routine with majority of full size products for £35.”

However, this edit is very skincare-heavy, so some may have preferred to see more Korean and Japanese colour cosmetics included, too. This is the case with many of the alternative K-beauty boxes, too, though. Selfridges’ K-Beauty Skincare Kit is worth £129 but priced at £60, offering some more premium Korean brands such as Medicube and Laneige.

Boots Mini Holiday Beauty Bag: £35, worth £139.81

For anyone heading on holiday, this travel-friendly edit has been designed with weekends away and summer breaks in mind. Housed in a handy cosmetics bag, the set stars nine products including cult favourites from Sol de Janeiro, Huda Beauty, Bobbi Brown and Floral Street, alongside two full-sized products from Fenty Beauty and Philip Kingsley.

The travel-sized format means every product is cabin luggage-friendly , but it does mean that there aren’t as many full sized picks, which may be a downfall for some customers. That said, reviews have been largely positive, with one shopper commenting: “Really happy with this skincare bag. The mini products are all great quality and ideal for travel. For £35, it’s affordable and great value.”

Another said: “I love this beauty bag. Some goodies in there that I have never tried and I love! Especially the Floral Street perfume, very fresh and feminine. The Fenty lipstick is lighter than I expected but a nice subtle shade.”

However, one found that there was a product missing in their bag, writing: “Missing Fenty Gloss when I received my package, very disappointed as this was one of the main products I was excited about in this bag.”

Boots Premium Make-up Edit Beauty Bag: £35, worth £134.95

Saving almost £100, the Boots Premium Make-up Edit Beauty Bag is a strong option, particularly if make-up is your weakness. It contains fewer products than some of the others, but they pack a real punch. Containing six products, five of which are full-sized, the set includes products from MAC, Fenty Beauty, Laura Mercier, Iconic London, Clarins and No7.

The standout products are arguably the full-sized MACStack Elevated Mascara and Laura Mercier Caviar Stick , both of which have built up cult followings. The products come housed in a pastel beauty bag, with customers able to select their preferred colour.

One shopper called it the “best beauty bag to come out for a long time”, while another praised the products for being “high-end, full size and wearable”.

One review did mention, though, that the ‘Fenty glittery lipgloss is VERY glittery’, adding: “I looked like I ate a glittery glazed donut. However, I really like everything else in this set.”

Another great makeup edit this season comes from Cult Beauty, with The New Nineties Edit , worth over £140, costing £42. Inside are seven products to create a modern take on the cool-girl 90s look, including a MAC lip pencil, Vieve Bounce Balm and Morphe mini setting powder.
